Love Never Dies Footage

I actually found footage from the show, the user has the COMPLETE orignal musical and then parts of the new version with Sierra as Christine and some with Celia as Christine as well.
I'll just put some of the videos and you can go to the users youtube channel to see the other videos!

Musicals Overall

As you know last week on Tuesday I finally got to see WICKED! And all I can tell you is, I LOVED IT! "Defying Gravity" was by far my favorite, it was so emotional, funny, and suspenseful. I wish I could go back and see it for a second time.

Now, I know about a month ago I posted this blog post thinking it was the new Love Never Dies cast and I stand to correct myself that it was the Christine and Phantom for the Australian 'Love Never Dies'. Sorry, and now to look for the curtain call with the original Love Never Dies cast that took place at the Adelphi Theater in the West End on March 5th, 2011.

And now, as you followers might know that Ramin Karimloo has become one of my favorite theater performers and I finally found footage of him as the Phantom in the London production of The Phantom of the Opera. I really wish I could meet Ramin one day in the near future if he comes to any location with any production in California.

As for now I should just suffice with the soundtracks, videos, and pictures.

'Love Never Dies' New Cast

If you read my blog then you know how much I'm in love with Love Never Dies even if I haven't seen the show yet. But the music, to me, is fantastic! I love it<3
But with the show running for almost two years now, the main roles of Christine (Sierra Boggess) and The Phantom (Ramin Karimloo) have been replaced for upcoming shows.
I knew it was bound to happen, but I really, really wanted to watch Sierra and Ramin play the characters if I ever got the chance to see the play.

They released a video with the newest cast members. I have no complaint about the actress for Christine, but the one for the Phantom is well, how to put it, not as good as Ramin. I know I sound biased, but listening to Ramin on the soundtrack is just . . . mind blowing. His voice is too good and flows perfect, and the new one is more smother and less seductive like Ramin's.

Now this doesn't mean that both Sierra and Ramin could play Christine and Erik on the broadway production. So all the NYC people anxiously waiting for Spring for the opening of Love Never Dies on Broadway, you guys might be the lucky people who get to see, at least, Sierra as Christine in the Broadway production before it reaches me in Los Angeles.

See the newest cast members:

Now, one of my dreams would come true if Ramin plays the Phantom in the Love Never Dies movie, if there ever is going to be one. Ramin played Christine's father, Gustave, in The Phantom of the Opera movie.

What do you think about the new cast members? Would you like to see Ramin in the LND movie? Leave your thoughts in the comments!

'Till I Hear You Sing

Remember back September 28, 2010 when I posted my love for Ramin Karmiloo and how I wished I could see him perform as the Phantom in either The Phantom of the Opera or Love Never Dies? Well, I was just getting into my Phantom phase again and I just wanted to remind you guys how awsome Ramin is at singing, seriously.

Ramin Karimloo will melt your heart with 'Till I Hear You Sing' from Love Never Dies.

And sometimes at night time
I dream that you are there
But wake holding nothing but the empty air

And years come, and years go
Time runs dry
Still I ache down to the core
My broken soul
Can’t be alive and whole
Till I hear you sing once more

I found this performance live and even then he is amazing!

If you have any Broadway/theater actors you enjoy feel free to share! :)

Ramin Karimloo/ The Phantom of the Opera

Can I just say that he might be my favorite musical whise voice, I like hearing at the moment. I found this video on Youtube where he played Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera! He's real good, but I prefer him as The Phantom.
I can't believe he does so many good roles.

Which do you prefer?
Raoul (left) or The Phantom (right)

Love his voice! I decided to put Love Never Dies as my background :)

Beneath a Moonless Sky

I found this really cool video that goes with the song.
It's just perfect, it fits so well. Even when the cretor only used clips from the Phantom of the Opera film.
Unfortunately, the video doesn't have the embed code to post it here.
So I'll just link you there.
It's a wonderful video. If I knew how to make those, or at least have a movie maker program I would be able or attempt to make one, but since I don't, I can't.

Beneath a Moonless Sky

It's been a while since I've posted things related to Phantom or Love Never Dies. So I think is about time to explore this awsomeness all over again.

Weekly Song

Sorry, that once again Love Never Dies has made it to the Weekly Song. But this week is not Till I Hear You Sing. But Beneath a Moonless Sky.
It's such a powerful song, to me, and I know it will to you guys. Please listen and I still can't get over Ramin's voice! He might be one of the best Phantom's.

FYI: P is Phantom, C is Christine, and B is both.
P: And I felt you
B: And I heard those ravishing refrains
C: The music of the past
P: The singing of your veins
C: And I held you
P: And I touched you
C: And embraced you
P: And I felt you
B: And with every breath and every sigh
C: I felt no longer scared
P: I felt no longer shy
B: At last our feelings bared beneath a moonless sky

Thanks to lekass on the Phantom Of the Opera.com Forum for the lyrics.
I think this is my favorite song in Love Never Dies. Their voices just make me want to watch it more and breaks my heart.

Weekly Song

This is the weekly song. I can't seem to get over Ramin's voice. Plus, found other videos where he sings from the original Phantom of the Opera soundtrack. And his voice melts you "down to the core".

And music, your music
It teases at my ear
I turn and it fades away and you’re not here

Let hopes pass, let dreams pass
Let them die
Without you, what are they for?
I’ll always feel
No more than halfway real
Till I hear you sing once more

Exhibit #1 : Ramin singins The Phantom of the Opera. His voice has no words to begin to describe it. Though his partner in this video has no emotion so his voice draws me more to the video!

Exhibit #2: Ramin singins The Music of the Night.

The Story Continues

Ramin Karimloo will melt your heart with
'Till I Hear You Sing'
from 'Love Never Dies.'

And sometimes at night time
I dream that you are there
But wake holding nothing but the empty air

And years come, and years go
Time runs dry
Still I ache down to the core
My broken soul
Can’t be alive and whole
Till I hear you sing once more

LOVE NEVER DIES

As you might realize by now. Phantom of the Opera is one of my favorite musicals! And I really really want to watch Love Never Dies. A sequel to Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera. If you haven't gotten a chance to see the play or the movie, boy what you're missing!
Anyways, I just wanted to share this AMAZING video of the London Cast since the play is only playing in London and not near where I live (California).
Bummer, but hopefully it'll come around if it's successful over on the other side. Which I know it will! :)

Exhibit 1:

Plus can I say that Ramin Karimloo is really handsome. And he's playing the role of Erik (The Phantom)! Watch the video below and you tell me if he's not amazing!?
Exibit 2:

See how lovely he looks like The Phantom. Oh boy, I so want to watch it!
